A Year in Review – June 2010
Another month, another couple of old second hand cameras arrive from ebay…
This didn’t mean the cameras I had were neglected as the Kiev 60 and LC-A were both staples in my bag every day.
The first is cross tungsten film on the Kiev and the second image is pushed a couple of stops on the LC-A and double exposed.
But this month for me was all about two cameras – the Voigtlander Bessa L (a finderless body) with the 15mm Heliar lens and the medium format folding Hongmei hg-1 from Shanghai in the 80’s.
This final image is 9 out of 12 from a single 120 film I used on the Hongmei one evening with around a 30 second exposure on f3.5. This is crossed E100VS – a film that works well however you process it.
